In June 2003 I began taking a supplement containing Phase 2 because I was unhappy with my weight. I was 35 years old, 5 foot-2 inches tall, and weighed 168 lbs. I had tried other diet supplements before, but never found real success with them. Eating healthy foods and working out at least three times a week have always been enough for me.
